Project Goal
During this year’s Christmas Wishlist project, we raised over $25,000 to make 12 wishes come true all over the country, but mostly in border regions.
Project Background
These are the wishes that came true thanks to you!
Wish 1: A special party for 93 special needs kids at Parakar special school
Wish 2: Big-girl beds for Julia and Sofia, sweet sisters in a border village whose father is ill
Wish 3: A new stove for the soup kitchen in Nor Hajn
Wish 4: A new calf for Sasha with cerebral palsy
Wish 5:Three bikes for three border village boys
Wish 6: Chickens to help support Tigran’s family
Wish 7: Workout equipment for the Sevan Rehab Center
Wish 8: A lift for Nare with cerebral palsy and one for Emili Aregak Center as well
Wish 9: Visits from Christmas characters (with gifts and food in tow)
Wish 10: Gifts for 500 kids at rehab centers
Wish 11: Laptops for two teens with disabilities so they can study for their future professions
Wish 12: Traditional Armenian Christmas dinner for 732 vulnerable people who attend FAR’s soup kitchens
